On all Conveyances by Deed under the old system, the coet of registration in the Deeds Registry, over and above the Solicitor's charge, is never leta than Fifteen Shillings, frequently very much more; while land.wbich.haa been bought under the provisions of " The Land Transfer Act" can be transferred at a total cost of Eleven Shillings where a whole sejtion is conveyed ; and where only partis conveyed (and therefore a fresh Certificate of Title is iiecessilated), oi Thinty-onc Shillings, which is the highest sum ullowed by the Act, no matter what tbe value or area of the laud. \) nder the Regulations in force on and after the Ist January, Ib7*>, the clnirge for Cevtificutes ol.
