(CROM <>U^ OWN CORRESPONDENT.^ It has transpired that at recent Cabinet meetings, Ministers had under consideratioirmeasures to be proposed next session for reform of procedure in l Hsi^e/of/ Cjp&ifcons. It is further known that at to-day's meeting of Cabinet, it was finally decided to propose the adoption of the "cloture" when the same shall be demanded by a simple majority of the House. It is announced that Sir John Holker, Q.C:, M.P> for Preston, who was Attorney-General in Beaconsfield's Administration, has been appointed to succeed the late Sir Robert Lush, as Lord Justice of Appeal. Search for arms in the proclaimed districts of Ireland is being vigorously carried out by the police. At Cork yesterday, an extensive seizure of rifles, and other weapons which had been concealed in a vault was made. A quantity of dynamite was also found in the same place, and was confiscated by the police.
