WELCOME.
The usual weekly cleaning of amalgam was made to-day and resulted in 898ozs from 90 tons crushed during the week. This yield includes a parcel of 47ozs, which was saved by the new machinery from 6 cwt of .pyrites obtained during the weeks' crushing. The mine looks as well as ever, and some very excellent stone is being obtained at the foot of the winze from the No. 6 level.
