Nominations in accordance with Section II of " The Regulations of Local Elections Act, 1876," signed by two electors of the said District, and the candidate must be addressed to me and delivered at Mr Scoltock's Cottage, Black's 1 Point, any time after the publication hereof, and until noon on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1882, the day appointed by me for the Nomikaton of Candidates.
