Thomas Lee made application on behalf of the Eureka Company, Boatman's, for extension of time for commencing operations on privileges granted at a previous sitting of the Court, namely, three headrases, one dam, and two tunnels. The grounds of the application were as follows :— That negotiations are not yet concluded with adjoining parties as to the manner in which the works are to be constructed, so as not to injure neighbouring interests.
