DE. L. L. SMITH HAS devoted msolf for twenty yrnr in the colony to the- practice of tin branch of his profession while previously, in England, he was tho pupil of nnd practised with the celebrated Dr. B. T. Cuiverwell, the only medical practitioner who ever exclusively adopted this a* the solo branch of his profession. Dr. L. L. Smith hereby informs tho public that »• the only legally-qualified medical man i > this speciality of hit profession, that others advertising are un~ qualified, and that, therefore, in pretending to be qualified are obtaining money under false pretences. Dr; L. L. Smith also warns tne public against the qaackenes aJvertisea. If the taker of any of these advertised nostrums escape with his life, or his system be not thoroughly and irreparably undermined by them, lie may look upon himself as the most fortunate mortal. Dr. L. L. Smith has been applied to by so many "nfortunate brokes-down young* old^mei., utterly crushed in sprit, ruined in body, and filched in pocket that be deems it a duty to publish this to the world. Those men and women who have been the victims of unprincipled charlatans frequently seek that recovery which is often beyond Dr. Smith's control. When will the public understand that it is to their interest to consult a duly qualified medica'man, who has made this his solo study rather than apply to a number oi ignorant impostors, who merely harj> and prey upon their pockets and health. Dr. Lr L. Smith has alway stated that to warn the public of these quickscuds his chief reason for advertising. In all cases of nervous, debility lowness spirits loss of power, pimples on the orehead, lassitude, inaptitude for business /mpotency' drainage from the system, and the various effects of errors of youth and bloodpoisoning fr-.m diseases previously contracted, Dr. L. L. Smith invites sufferers to consult him, as he has no hesitation in stating that no medical nuu either here or in England, has had the opportunties of practice and extraordinary experience which he has had. Therfore those who really desire to be treated hy one who is at the head of his profession in this branch of medical practice should lose no time in seeking his advice. Nor should anyone marry without first consulting him. These are vile frauds, as I do not allow my Medicines even to be sold in any part of the United £ tatos ; they are only made by me at 533, Oxford Street, London. The same people are circulating report that my business s about to be formed into a Company, which is utteblv false.
