Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the provisions of the Act, in order thai whenever he deals with it he muy be in a position to avkil himself of the facilities' ai-bifded by having a Kegistered Title, can do so Witkout Any Present Cost, by allowing the feeß to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place, lie will then bo in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or oth.rwise deal with his land at a moment s notice. Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the Applicant of only Five Shillings ; for if the Title is reected al fees are returned, with the exception 61 tha lamoiit-t. CERTIFICATES OF TITLE ARE ABSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES AXE GUARANTEED BY TUE GOVERNMENT.
