Hailstorm won the Wanganui cup to-day, beating Sir Modred 2, Dauphin 3, and several others. The betting vgainst him was 12 to 1. Wellington, March 11. The Government has received a telogram that the cable steamer Agnes left Port Darwin for Wellington to repair cable.
