This was an action to recover the sum of £78 15s. damages, alleged by the plaintiff to have been sustained by him through the non-fulfilment on the part of defendant of a contract to sell 350 shares in the Imperial Quartz Mining Company,

Messrs Lynch and Jones- appeared for the plaintiff, Mr Perkins for the defendant.:

The plaintiff was nonsuited with costs, The Court then adjourned.
