Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the Applicant of only Five Shillings j for if the Title is reected al fees are returned, with the exception of tha lamouot. CERTIFICATES OF TITLE ARE ABSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES ARE GUARANTEED BY THE GOVERNMENT. On all Conveyances by Deed under the old system, the cost of registration iv the Deeds Registry, over and above the Solicitor's charge, is never less than Fifteen Shillings, frequently very much more j wMlijand which has been bought under the prqvftfons of "The Land Transfer Act" can be transferred at a total cost of Eleven Shillings where a whole sejtion is conveyed; and where only partis oonveved (and therefore a fresh Certificate of Title is necessitated), of Thirity-one Shillings, which is the highest sum allowed by the Act, no matter what the value or area of tho land. Under the Regulations in force on and after the Ist January, 187fc, the charge for Certificates of Titles issued upon Memoranda of Transfer is reduced to Ten Shillings in all cages where the value of the laud is under Ten Pounds. Th total cost of executing a mortgage or lease of hind, registered under the Act, is Twelvo Shillings, no matter what the amount involved. „ , „ A mortgage may he transferred or discharged, or a lease tsawferred or surrendered lor Five Shillings, THESE OPERATIONS INVOLVE NO DELAY.
