Al! Lands lienated from the Crown after the coming Otc operation of " The Laud Transfer A 1870," are subject to, and must be doa with, in manner prescribed by. the Act. The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the land undejr the pro visions of the Land Transfer Act: — 1. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Am li<-«wt in all cases where the proprietor applies lo have the land registered under the Act in his own name, and the fe»s may remain unp until land is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring his land under the proTisions of the Act, in order tha: whenever he deals with it he nuiy be in a position to avail himself of the lacilities allbrdcd by having a Registered Title, can Jo so V\ ilk out Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such deuling takes pluce. He will then be in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with hw land at a moment's notice. Any Title, howevw long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the Applicant of only Five Shillings ; for if the Title ia reeded al fees are returned, with the exceptiou ol tha lauiouut. CERTIFICATES OF TITLE AltE ABSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. all titlfs are guaranteed by the government. On all Conveyances by Deed under the old svsteui, the co»t ol registration nTtho Deeds Registry, over and abovu the Solicitor's charge, is never less than Fifteen shillings, frequently very much more ; while land which has been bought under the provisions of. " The Land Transler Act" cun be transferred at, a" total cost of Eleven Shillings where a whole section • is conveyed ; and where only parPls conveyed (and therefore a Iresh Certilica.te of Title is ueceebiluted), oi Thintyono Shillings, which is the highest sum allowed by the Act, no matter what the yulue or area of the land.
