It is pretty well admitted on all sides that the present Ministry have run their race, but the opposition is so disorganised that it is thought unadvisible to precipitate a crisis at this late period of the sitting, members are anxious to get away to their private pursuits and with this feeling amongst the principal numbers of the opposition the lesser lights are unable to negotiate a no confidence motion. * Dunedin, August 2.
