BLACK'S POINT ROAD.

[To the Editor Inangahua Times.] Sir, — Be good enough to afford a small space in your columns in reference to the above. It occurred to me that the Council might, when making a permanent rood round the slip, have a hand-rail and kerbing erected as a preventative against accident by horses shying — people tumbling over, &c. There is undoubtedly more need for something of the kind there than on many of the short bridges on the main roads. — I am, &c., Life Preserver. Black's Point, 30th August, 1882.
