AH Lands tienatcd from the Crown after tho coming ato operation of " Tho Land Transfer A 1870," are subject to, and muet bedea> with, in manner prescribed by thu Act. The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the land under tho pro visions of the Lnnd Transfer Act: — 1. When the Title consists of v Grant, dated on or subsequent to tho 28th December, 1841, none of the lnnd included in which has been dealt with — r Where Urn Certificate of tit is directed to isbiie in tho name of * the A tplicant : Value of land £100 i»U 2 Where the Certificate of title is directed to issue in the name of the Purchaser: Value of land £100 1 10 0 These charges are increased by 4s 2d (Assurance Fund) for every additions! £100 in value. 2.' Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Api lk-ant in all cases ■where tho proprietor applies to have tho land registered under the Act in his own uome, find i lie fets may remain unp until la id is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to bring liit> land under the provisions of the Act, in T order that whenever he deals with it he muy be in a position to avail himself of tho Jueilitit'a uil'ordcd by having a Registered 'J itle, dm do so Witkout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until su.rh dealing takes place He will then bo in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Leuse, '.<r oilnnvisu deul with hie land at a moment's notice. CERTIFICATES OF TITLK ARE ABSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES AEE GUARANTEED BY ■:.*■.
