To the Mining Registry Bat Reefton, of the Nelson South West Mining District ; and To all persons whom it may concern. WE HEREBY give notice that we intend to construct a v ' ater-race 4o divert and use water for mining purposes, commencing at a point in the Inangahua Kiver, top-end of Orerend's land. Section 171, square 131, running through flame, and terminating at our Machine site Inangahua Tttver. The length of such race is 2\ mil^a or thereabouts, and its intended course is East and est. The mean depth of such ra".e is Two Feet Six inches, and the msan breadth is Ten Feet, and it is proposed t-> divert 100 Government-Heads of Watur.
