RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1 Night of general entry — 20th December, 1882, up to 8 p.m. The term "West Coast" to be under J stood as including the Counties of Inangahua, Grey, Westland, and Duller. Horses to be qualified to enter for any of the West Coast events must have been bona fide owned and located in either of the Counties named up to the Bth September, 1882. The term "Inangahua County horse " 1 to mean a horse bona fide owned and located within the County of Inangahua from the Bth September, 1882. No entry will be received for any of the races except on this condition : — That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the . stewards, whose decisions upon all points connected with thecarryingout of this programme shall be final. All entries to he sealed and addressed to the Secretary. Entrance money and qualification enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree of the horse, name of the 9 ; owner find colours of the rider, and 3 j delivered not later than 8 p.m. on 20th December ISB2.
