SUNRISE.
(Late A'Jvauce). — The shareholders j in the Lease held, a meeting last week at which it was revolved to register under the " Mining Company's Act j .1874." Mr J. b\ Clark was appointed j manager. The ground stands well, ' being pegged on the Victory and eight mile line of reef, active operations will be commenced whenever registration j is completed.
