"VTOTICE is hereby given that on i\ and after the 25th day of January next, the provisions of the "Cattle Trespass Act, 1868," will be Enforced on my land, being sections 125, and 127, Square 131, situate on the Inaugahua River, in the County of Inangahua, and that it is my intention to claim damages for all cattle trespassing on the said land, whether fenced or unenclosed.
