Night of General Entry: Thursday, 15th March, at 8 p.m. County horse to mean a horse bona fide owned and located within the County of Inangahua from 7th January, 1883 ; no entry will be received for any of the races except on this condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising -out of the racing shall be decided "by the Stewards, whose decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final.. Any horse winning a prize of £50 after declaration of weights to cany slbs. extra. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the secretary. Entrance money and qualifications: enclosed, with the name, age, and colors of the rider, and addressed not later than 8 p.m. on the night of general, entry. No peraon will be allowed to enter a horse for any race unless he be a subscriber to the race fund of£l Is.
