CATTLE TRESPASS ACT, 1868, NOTICE is hereby given that on* and after the 18th day of February next, the provisions of the " Cattle Trespass Act, 1868," will be Enforced on my land, being land held under Occupation License, adjoining on the south my section No. 171, of square 181, situated on the Inangahua river near Crushington, in the County of Inangahua, and that it is my intention to claim damages for all cattle trespassing on the said land, whether fenced or unenclosed.
