Post entry, 1 soy. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Night of General Entry : Thursday, 15th March, at 8 p.m. County horse to mean a horse hona fide owned and located within the County of Inangahua from 7th January, 1883 ; no entry will be received for any of the races except on this condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by tho Stewards. whose decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Any horse winning a prize of £50 after declaration of weights to carry sfts. extra. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the secretary. Entrance money and qualifications enclosed, with the name, age, and colors of the rider, and addressed not later than 8 p.m. on the night of general entry. JS'O person will l>e allowed to enter a horse for any race unless he be a subscriber to the race fund of £1 Is. Ladies' race excepted. In the event of any person entering a protest the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the secretary before such protest is considered ; this sum to be forfeited to the funds of the Club should the stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
