Four men, named Norman, Gallagher, Wilson, and Dalton, the last named an American, who were recently arrested in London were charged at the New Street Police Court to-day with being unlawfully in possession of explosive material, which it was proved had emanated from Birmingham. The prisoners were remanded till Thursday next. The police have information that the accused have been supplied with considerable sums of money from America. In consequence of an alarm that an attack upon Windsor Castle is intended the military guard at the palace has been largely increased and the utmost vigilance is being exercised. i .7.
