ORIENTAL.
The battery after crushing for about ten days was stopped on Saturday, and an interim cleaning up made, with the result of 1490z5. of amalgam. The return is not so good as was expected, but this is attributed to the circumstance that the earlier stuff put through contained a good deal of mullock, a horse of which followed the reef for some distance. Crushing will be resumed at once.
