The following are some of the advantages conlerred by the Lund Transfer system :— 1. It secures the principal benefits and ad» vantages uouglit to oe attained in the system ol registration of deeds. 2. It renders retrospective investigation of title uunecessury as to all land registered. 8, It simplifies the Titl«s to Real Property lor the future 4. It makes purchasers of tbe fee and leases perfectly secure. 0. it simplilies, to tbe ufn v,t possible s.t, tbe forms o truu»fer uud the U i odes of conveyance. 6.
