The following are some of the advanttges conlurred by the Lund Transfer system:—1. It secures the principal benefits and advantages doiigut to De attained in the system ol registration of deeds. 2. It renders retrospective investigation ot title uunecesuury aa to all laud registered. 3. It simpliliea the Titles to Be'ii Pioperty for the future 4. It mukes purchasers of the fee and leases perfectly secure. a. xi simplifies, to tho iitm v>t possible i.t, the iorms o transfer und the modes oi conveyance. 6.
