They are to he marked on the outside "Tender for Lyellßoad Improvement Contract," and addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, Nelson. Telegraphic tenders, similarly addressed and marked, will he received,- if presented at any Telegraph Office, by Noon of the same date, provided that written tenders are lodged at any District or Beaident Engineer's Office, by the same hour. Drawings, specifications, and general conditions may be seen at this Office, at the Public Works Offices, Oreymouth and Westport, and at the Post Offices Keefton and Lyell.
