UPON reading the report of Robert Andrew Gailey Roulston the Trustee herein, and his affidavit in verification thereof, and the affidavit of William Hugh Jones, verifying compliance with the provisions of the said Act and the several Acts amending the same. And upon hearing Mr Win.' Hugh Jones of counsel for the said debtor, it appearing from the said report that the said debtor has given up to the said Trustee, all the property which he is required by the said Act to give up. And it also appearing that there is not any objector to an immediate order of discharge being made.
