These charges also represent the cost oi Conveying Land. Inasmucn as applicants to bring laud uuder the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Apj. lieant in all cases where tne proprietor applies to have the land registerea under the Act in bis own name, and tue fe*?. may remain unp until aad c dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to brinn his land under the provisions of the Act, ig order that wheuever he deals with it he muy be in a positiou to avail himself of the facilities all'orded by having a Registered Title, cun do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealiug takes place. He will then be in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his laud at a uioiueu.'s notice.
