These chargeß also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasmut-n as applicants to bring land under the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any ether persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Apt licaut in all cases where tne proprietor applies to have the land fregieterea under the Act in his own name, and me fers may remain unp until ajd s dealt with. Any oerson, therefore, who wishes to brinn his land under the provisions of the Act, ig order that whenever he deals with it be may be in a position to avail himself of the ! facilities ufl'orded by having a Begistered I Title, can do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place. He will then be in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, I or otherwise deal with his land at a moment's ■ potice. Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the Applicant of I only Five Shillings ; for if tbe Title is reI jected al lees are returned, with the exception j oi he rent.
