The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the land under the pro visions of the Land Transfer Act:— 1. Any »>orson, therefore, who wishes to brinr his land under the proTisions of the Art, ig j order ilia: wheuever he deals with it he maj { be iv a position to avail himself of tht j lacilities utibrded by having a Registered Title, can do so Witkout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place. He will then ut iv a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his land at a moment' e notice.
