Ail Lauds lienated from the Crown after the coming ate operation of "The Land Transfer A . 1870," are subject to, and mußtbedea* with, in manner prescribed by ike Act. The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the land under the pro visions of the Land Transfer Act : — 1. When the Title consists of a Grant, dated on or subsequent to the 28th December, 1841, none of the land included in which has been dealt with— vVhere the Certificate of tit is directed to issue in tne name of the A iplicant : Value of land £100 ft) ii a Where the Certificate of title iB directed to issue in the name of the Purchaser: Value of laud £100 110 0 These charges are increased by 4s 2d (Assurance Fund) for every additional £100 in value. 2. When tbe Applicant is the original Grantee, and tho land has been dealt with; or where the Applicant is not tho original Grantee — Where the value of the land is £100 £2 14 2 Where the value of the land £200 3 3 Where the value of the land is £30 3 12 6 Where the value of the land is £400 4 1 8 Where tho value of land is above £400, the lees ncreaae at the rate of 4s 2d (Assurance Fund) for every additional £100 in value. When desired by the Applicant in all cases j where the proprietor applies to have the land registerea under the Act in bis own uame, | and tue fevs may remain unp until | aad >c dealt with. i Any person, therefore, who wishes to brinn his land under the provisions oi' the Aul, ig order that whenever be deals with it he muy be in a position to avail himself of the facilities afforded by having a Registered Title, can do so Witkout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place. He will then be in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his land at a moment's notice. Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a coat to the Applicant of only Five Shillings ; lor if tbe Title is re. jected al fees are returned, with the exception of he reDt. ALL TITLES ARE GUARANTEED BY TiiJS GOVERNMENT.
