All Lauds lienated from the Crown after the coming ate operation of " The Land Transfer A . 1870," are subject to, and must bedea* with, in manner prescribed by )he Act. The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the land under the pro visions of the Land Transfer Act : — "i. When the Applicant is the original Grantee, and the land has been dealt with ; or where the Applicant is not tho original Grantee — Where "the value of tbe land is £100 £2 14 2 Where the value of the land £200 3 3 Where the value of the land is £30 3 12 6 Where the value of the land is £400 4 18 Where the value of land is above £400, the fees ncrease at the rate of 4s 2d (Assurance Fund) for every additional £100 in value. These charges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasmuca as applicant, to bring land under the Act cau direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persona. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Apj. licant in all cases where tne proprietor applies to have the land register, under the Act in his own uame, and tne ie-9 may remain uup until ajd -s dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to brinn | his land under the provisions of the Act, ig j order that whenever he deals with it he muy [ be in a position to avail himself of the ' facilities aU'orded by having a Registered .
