County horse to mean a horse bona fide owned and located within the county of Inangahua from 7th January, 1884. No entries will be received for any of the races except on this condition ; that all disputes claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, whose decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be tinal. Any horse winning a prifee of £50 af «er declaration of weights, to carry stt»s extra. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary. Entrance money and qualifications enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider, and delivered not later than 9 p.m. on ni«ht of general en'ry. ° No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any of the races ualess he be a subscriber of £ 1 Is to the race fund. In the event of any person entering a protest the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered, this sum to be forfeited to the funds of the club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
