No entry will be received for any of the races except on this condition: — That. all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shallbe decided by the. stewards, whose decisions upon all points connected with the carrying oub of thjs programme shall be final. County horse to mean a horse bonafide owned and located within the County of Inangahua' .from Ist February, 1884, owners wishing to train ont of the County to get permission from the Stewards.. Any horse winning a prize of 1 100 after declaration of weights to carry 51bs. extra. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the secretary. Entrance money, and qualification enclosed, with the name, age, »nd pedigree of the horse, name of 'the owner and colors of the rider, and delivered not later than 9 p.m. night of general entry. . ♦ No person will' be allowed to enter a horse for any race unless he be a subscriber to the race fund of, not less than , 2 soys. Hack race excepted. In the event of any p'ersbn entering a protest the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered, this sum to be forfeited to the funds should the stewards consider the 1 protect frivolous or vexatious. Three horses must accept for each event or the public money will not be given. All entries for HacK Races to be subject to the approval of the Stewards.
