Entrance money, and qualification enclosed, with the name, age, »nd pedigree of the horse, name of 'the owner and colors of the rider, and delivered not later than 9 p.m. night of general entry. . ♦ No person will' be allowed to enter a horse for any race unless he be a subscriber to the race fund of, not less than , 2 soys. Hack race excepted. In the event of any p'ersbn entering a protest the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered, this sum to be forfeited to the funds should the stewards consider the 1 protect frivolous or vexatious. Three horses must accept for each event or the public money will not be given. All entries for HacK Races to be subject to the approval of the Stewards.
