T igh of general entry, Wednesday, 12th March, 1884, at 9 p.m. County horse to mean a horse bona tide owned and located within the county of Inangahua from 7th January, 1884. No entries will be received for any of the races except on this condition ; that ■ all disputes claims and objections arising I out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, whose decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Any horse winning a prize of £50 after declaration of weights, to carry sft>s extra. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary. Entrance money and qualifications enclosed, with the name, atje, and pedigree of the horse, name of ■ the owner, and colours of the rider, and delivered not later than 9 p.m. on nit/ht ; of general en ry. ° iNo person will be allowed to enter a horse for any of the races unless he be a subscriber of £1 Is to the race fund. , In the event of any person entering a [ protest the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the Secretary bafore such protest is * considered, this sum to be forfeited to the b funds of the club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
