All Lauds lienated from the Crown after the coming ate operation of " The Land Trausfer A . 1870," are subject to, and mustbedea* with, in manner prescribed by )he Act. The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the land under the pro , visions of the Laud Transfer Act : — 1.
