County horse to mean a horse hona fide owned and located within the County of Inangahu'a from Ist February, ,1884, owners wishing to" train out of the' County to get permission from the Stewards. In the event of any person entering a protest the sum of £2 2s must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered, this sum to be forfeited to the funds should the stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
