These charges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasmucn as applicants to bring land uuder the Aot can direot the Certificates of Title to issue ia the names of any ether persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Applicant in all oases where tne proprietor applies to have the land registereo. under the Act in his own name, aud tne fe?* may remain uup until aad is dealt with.
