The following are examples f the fee payable for bringing the land under the pro visions of the Land Transfer Act :— 1. When the Title consists of a Grant, dated on or subsequent to the 28th December, 1841, none of the land included in which has been dealt with— Where the Certificate of tit is directed to issue in tne name of the A iplicant : Value of land £100 Pa) 11 2 Where the Certificate of title is directed to issue in the name of the Purchaser: Value of land £100 1 10 0 These charges are increased by 4s 2d (Assurance Fund) for every additional £100 in value. 2. These charges also represent the cost of Conveying Land. InasmucQ as applicants to bring land under the Act can direct the Certiilcates of litle to issue in the natne6 of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Apj.lk.-aut in all cases where tue proprietor applies to have the land i-egistevea under the Act in his own name, and me le*B may remain unp until aad ie dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to briun J vie land under the provisions of the Act, ig ! order thai whenever he deals with it he may be iv a position to avail himself of the lacilitieß uilorded by having a Kegisured Title, can do so Witkout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid uutil such dealing takes place. He will then bo iv a position to Mortgage, Traualer, Lease, or otherwise deul with iiia land at a moment's notice.
