The money will be returned for the large number of applications that came too late for the first drawing, or programmes will be forwaded for Second Drawing. . The Second Dbawing is now open, for the grand and equal distribution of Money Prizes amounting to £3000, to be drawn the same as \a Hamburg and other Continental Cities. This .'econa\ Drawing will take place, not later that the end of Apbil, or earlier if fillled, and the Third Drawing will open Ist May. Ihese Grand Drawings wil take place every two months. Over 3COC applications for programmes are now registered for the Second Drawing. > 'lhe Company were induced to make this Secona Drawing for L3OOO in consequence of the first drawing having filled so rapidly, also to enable them to give larger prizes. The Second Grand Drawing will consist of 240 M0 by Prizes, amounting toL3OOO, subscribed by 6000 members at 10/- each. The various Money Prizes will be distributed as follows : — 1 L3OO Prize 4 L 25 Prizes 1 150 „ 20 20 „ 1 100 „ 20 15 „ 2 60 „ 65 10 „ 10 30 „ 116 6 „ Total Amount, £3000. 240 Money Prizes. The Grand principle of these Hamburg i >rawings is that a purchaser of 25 Programmes is guaranteed v Prize, as it is so drawn that a prize must come out to every 25 numbers, and the chances are in favour of the investor drawing a large prize, as there are 124 large prizes against 116 small ones. To any investor of L 2 the chances are only 6 to 1 against him drawing a prize, and the Head Prize or.any other may be drawn by any investor of 10/. ihe large bulk of the Money in this Grand Drawing is not given away in one big prize, as it is in the Horse Consultations, but you will observe in this Hamburg Drawing that the L3OOO is fairly proportioned into 240 Phizes, giving every shareholder an equal chance of getting a good prize. This Hambvrfl Drawing is on the most novel, and will be couducted on the fairest principle possible, so as to give entire public satisfaction. l his Second Drawing for L3OOO will take place under the supervision of a committee of eight gentlemen, and the prizes will be paid over as early as possible after the drawiug.
