These charges, also . represent the cost of Conveying Land. Inasmuch as applicants to bring land under the* Act can direct the Certificates of Tide to issue in the nameß of any -ether persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Applicant in all cases where tne proprietor applies to have the land registered under the Aot in his own uame, aud tue lets may remain unp until ajd :s dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to brinn his land under the provisions of the Act, lg order that whenever he deals with it he inuy be in a position to avail himself of the facilities utibrded by having a .Registered Title, cun do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees- to remain unpaid uutii such dealing takes place. He will then be j in a position to -.Mortgage, Transler, Lease, I or otherwise deul with his land at a momeut's notice.
