The New Zealand Sugar Company will commence operations in July or August next, and arrangements have been made for a regular supply of raw sugar from Java and China. In the Supreme Cpuf, .to day Ann Eoil was charged with murdering her children William Robert and Emily Roil, on the 13th of March. The charge in connection with William Robert Roil was taken first. At the Supreme Court yesterday, Alexander M'Rae, accused of fraudulent bankruptcy, was acquitted. Charles Rouse, convicted of robbing the mail, was sentenced to three years penal, servitude.
