Credit for Fees is CUven, When desired by the Applicant in all cases where tne proprietor applies to have the land registereu under the Act in his own uame, and Mic le?« may remain unp until ajd is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to brinn his land uuder the provisions of the Act, ig order tha; whenever he deals with it he tnuy be in a position to avail himself of the lacilities afforded by having a Kegistered Title, can do so W ithout Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place. He wiil then be in a position to Mortgage, Transler, Lease, or otherwise deal with hi* land at a moment's notice.
