Credit for Fee's is Given, When desired by the Applicant in all cases where tne proprietor applies to have the land registered under the Act in hiß qwfn name, and tne feti may remain ' unp ' Until and is dealt with: Any person, therefore, who wishes to brinn hie land under the provisions of the Act, ig order that whenever he deals with it he niuy be in a position to avail himself of the facilities afforded by having a Registered Title, cun do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain uupaid until such dealing takes place.
