A CIVIL GROWL.
■*. (To the Editor In angahua Times.) Sir.— Would you grant me space to point out to the County authorities the existence of a number of pools of water, many of them ankle deep, along the Buller roa<!. Into these treacherous puddles dozens of people, uiaio aud female, plunge nightly, aud the maledictions therwhy brought upon road overseers are quite shocking. Hoping that I have said enough to call attention to ihese nuisances. I am &c, Water-Tight. Reefton, July 31st, 1884.
