That wish which has no doubt been uppermost in the minds of the great majority of the people of the Colony for months past, is at length in a fair way of being fulfilled. The Ministry have resigned, and Sir Julius Yogel has been sentforbyHis Excellency, and entrusted with the responsibility of forming a new administration. As will be seen by our Wellington telegrams this morning, the Governor, acting no doubt on the advice of the late (iovernraent, first of all called iv Mr Ormond, but that gentleman having, it is to be presumed, failed in the task, retired from the position. That Sir Julius Yogel will succeed in forming a stable Ministry is, we think, hardly to be doubted.
