During the week the centre-piece of the water-wheel showed signs of weakness and the injury was fortunately discovered in time to prevent serious daoiage. The battery of course had to be stopped, and plates are now being prepared. The repairs will be .finished either to-morrow or Tuesday when crushing will be resumed. There was no cleaning up at the battery today
