IMPERIAL.
All shares forfeited for non-payment of calls will be sold by auction on Saturday next, and immediately thereafter legal proceedings will be taken to recover outstanding amounts from all delinquent shareholders. This latter course is likely to provpke a good leal of litigation as a large number of shares are held in blank, and the Company would have no course therefore but to proceed against the original holders. It is understood that nothing has yet been done regarding the repurchase of the mine, although negotiations to that end are still pending.
