KARAMEA.
(To the Editor, InaxgahijaTimes). ! Sin — I adi informed that in a published account of the Buller County Council meeting held about the 11th of last month, reference was made to a letter received ■ from me. In this letter, I made nothing but truthful statements, and I challenge any man in New Zealand to prove them to be fake. T enclose a letter which was sent by me to the Council at the request of settlers convened at a public meeting. No one would have contradicted the statevneuts contained in my letter unless he was under the influence of the contractors and Mr Simpson and Mr Ray tho postmaster and schoolmaster respectively, should be the last persons to deny what I stated therein. I am etc Robert Johnson, junior. Settler, Kara men.
