Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Ap*. licant in all cases where tae proprietor applies to have the laud registered under the Act iv his own name, aud tue iers may remain uup until aad a dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to brinn hie land under the proTisions of tho Act, ig order tha; whenever he deaU with it he muy be in a position to avail himself of the lacilities ati'orded by having a Registered Title, cuu do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing takes place. He will then be in a position to —ortguge, Trausler, Lease, or otherwise deal with his lund at a momeut's E notice.
